Chalet Petal is your relaxing summer holiday home in the mountains above Blatten, near Brig, Valais. Enjoy walking, high-mountain hiking, sight-seeing or just relaxing in the dry, sunny Valais climate.
Our chalet is positioned on a sunny, wind-protected terrace, high above Blatten bei Naters in the clear mountain air at 1600m. From our terrace and private balcony enjoy beautiful, sunny views over Brig, the Rhone Valley, and across to the towering southern Valais peaks, and the Simplon Pass.
From April to November, covered parking is reserved for you, right under Chalet Petal.
Chalet Petal (Chalet 21 in Feriendorf Tschuggen) is next to the indoor swimming pool, near the shop and Reception of holiday-village Tschuggen.
Our Chalet was completely reconditioned and re-furnished in 2007 and has 2 luxury bathrooms, 3 bedrooms (1-6 guests), fully-fitted kitchen, fireplace, balcony, and cellar. We have satellite TV, DVD/CD system and free wireless Internet access for you. In the holiday village, the excellent Restaurant Tschuggen, a shop, heated indoor swimming pool and sauna await. The indoor swimming pool is free-of-charge to guests.
Easy walking is available directly from Tschuggen, at Belalp and at Blatten.

Belalp features several mountain restaurants and views across the Aletsch Glacier, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. The famous Haengebruecke (suspension bridge) hike links Belalp to Riederalp across the Aletsch Gorge. http://www.brig-belalp.ch/wandern/haengebruecke.php
The Masseweg walking route is from Blatten to Ried-Morel returning by public transport.

Day trips are also possible to Zermatt, Saas Fee, Brigerbad (thermal baths), Stresa (Lake Maggiore, Italy) and many other tourist destinations via road or public transport.
